Tyco International Spins Off Tyco Healthcare As Covidien Ltd.

All the Tyco Healthcare brands are now under the umbrella of Covidien Ltd.

PEMBROKE, BERMUDA, July 2 /CNW/ - Covidien Ltd. (NYSE: COV, BSX: COV)began trading today on the New York and Bermuda Stock Exchanges, marking itsdebut as an independent diversified healthcare products company. The business, formerly known as Tyco Healthcare, recently spun off from Tyco International.
